IPSC can access the world's patent literature via computer terminals. We offer the following search options to fulfill your patent information needs.

Subject Search -- covers the search for a particular product idea, technology area or manufacturing process.

Company / Assignee Search -- identifies patents assigned to a particular company. The full company name is all that is required for retrieving worldwide-published patents owned by the company.

Patent Family Search -- is useful in identifying the equivalent patents in other nations for those products or manufacturing processes which are of international marketing potential.

Legal Status Search -- indicates various legal actions in regard to an invention, including patent expiration, reexamination, reassignment, patent validity challenges and so on.

In addition, Inventor Search, Novelty Search, Prior Art Search and Application Number Search are available.

2. Registered design Information

Covering all major industrialized countries such as USA and UK, the search options available are:

• By applicant's name
• By subject to determine if a particular design is identical to an existing one which is still under protection.

3. Trademark Information

Search options are available on:

• Exact marks, prefixes, suffixes or occurrences of a string of letters within a mark
• Trademarks owned by a company or an individual
